- NOT WATERPROOF !!! Not even water repellent! Very misleading text on the website led me to buy this shoe. Walking through a morning dew-covered field is enough to get the shoe soaked.

Looking for a light, high walking shoe ended up here. Normally I choose Vibram sole, but this version does not disappoint in terms of grip. Sustainability is yet to be seen. Fit is fine. They do make more noise than a classic leather model, and the upper cord hooks are a bit disappointing: if I don't hook them in carefully, they are guaranteed to come loose. Getting used to the running feeling (soleplate?), but they run great.
