Tatonka Plain Wallet RFID B black

Mini wallet with integrated, TÜV-certified RFID blocker. Electronically stored data on RFID chips that are built into bank, credit and ID cards, for example, can be read quickly and remotely using contactless technology. This of course also gives bright ideas to criminal minds, which is why cards and IDs with this technology need to be protected. The Plain Wallet RFID B has an integrated CRYPTALLOY foil that blocks radio waves and combats data theft.

The wallet has a full zip closure, three credit card slots and a compartment for small change.

Tatonka uses CRYPTALLOY foil in all of its RFID protection products. This provides maximum shielding on all relevant RFID frequency ranges (from 100 kHz to 4 GHz, i.e. low-, high- and ultrahigh-frequency ranges). The protective foil also interferes with “radio traffic” by shifting frequencies. CRYPTALLOY foil functionality has been tested and certified by TÜV Saarland. The manufacturer of the foil, Kryptonics Technologies Munich, has confirmed and certified Tatonka's method of integrating the foil in its RFID block products.
