Markus Wiesböck - the founder of Grüezi-Bag - acquired a great deal of knowledge about sleeping bags from working in a large sports shop, and later on, in his own outdoor shop. Above all, he learned from his customers exactly what makes a good sleeping bag. He expanded his know-how to such an extent that he started to develop sleeping bags for other brands before building up the courage to create the perfect one by himself. After an elaborate development process, the Grüezi-Bag brand began to manufacture their innovative sleeping bags in Bad Feilnbach, Bavaria. Their models are characterised by the outstanding sleeping climates they offer, which is achieved by adding alpine wool to the design.
