Namaste! This yoga mat is made of 2 millimetre thick natural rubber and its surface is coated with PU foam. This makes the mat slightly heavier, but provides excellent slip resistance and does not curl. To help you orient yourself when performing your yoga elements, a position line is incorporated into the design.

I am a teacher and have been using this mat for 3 years. I have the 2m version and it's fab for very tall people.
I recommend it to all my students all the time.
Non-slip, not too heavy, great for dynamic styles but also more restorative.
